Delete your Vasooli Bhai account

How to request deletion

1. Fill in the form below with the name and phone number registered on your Vasooli Bhai account.
2. Choose whether to delete your whole account or only some of your data.
3. Submit the form. We will verify the request by calling or messaging your registered phone number.
4. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it by phone or email.

Data that is deleted

• Your account details: name, phone number, email, city and role
• Your business details: institute name and number of students
• Client records you added: student and parent names, phone numbers, fee amounts and due dates
• Call history: reminder call status, timestamps and durations
• Payment status records and history

Data that may be kept, and for how long

• Invoices and billing records for your subscription payments are kept for up to 8 years, as required by Indian tax (GST) law.
• A record of your deletion request (name, phone number and date) is kept for up to 1 year to show that it was completed.
• Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis. Deleted data is removed from them within 90 days.
